Welcome to Harry's Reading List, also known as "How to be a Better Coworker" Harry is so toxic, the EPA gets alerts following his HR visits. So we decided to help him along his healing journey! That's what we do as compassionate, deeply committed and caring coworkers. We take care of our troubled friend! First on the list was a delightful little gem to help him learn to stop gaslighting the rest of us. Somehow it became a big hit all around the group and now we're all better for it! I'd like to think we have all become better at... recognizing and blocking gaslighting *cough* Definitely not enabling and encouraging it. No, remember, this is about Harry's healing journey.
